Exceptional
Liked: Absolutely spectacular views over the busy harbour from the long terrace which acts as the seating area of the house. Enchanting watching all the activities of the boats, yachts, catamarans and flying cats from morning till night. Very comfortable large bedroom with a/c and extremely well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. However, it must be noted for seniors that from the Annunciation of the Mother of Lord Orthodox Church there are 154 steps to reach the property, which is quite a task if you are carrying wet beach gear or groceries. This really makes it tricky to get supplies up to the house. Manos does offer a pricey service of €50 each way to transport your suitcases and you on the back of his scooter up from the port on arrival and departure.
Disliked: The house is extremely well appointed, decorated and impeccably restored so it seemed quite out of character that there should be no service whatsoever in terms of toilet paper removal, garbage removal or bathroom supplies refreshed when the property is presented to the visitor at such a high standard. I was there for a week and it is the first time in many years of being in Greece that I have experienced no service in 7 days.

Liked: View from every room. Stylish decor and well thought out. Everything was comfortable. Ceiling fans worked brilliantly, better than air conditioning. Quiet location with lovely long veranda to chill out on and watch the harbour. No need for a tv!
Disliked: Nothing at all! As advertised, it’s a steep climb to get up there but more than worth the effort.
Almost a perfect
Liked: Beautiful little house.
Disliked: I feel unfair saying this but written clarity on emptying the bins would of been helpful. The bathroom bin in particular. We had no problem once we were aware that it was our responsibility. Also an iron and ironing board could be added to the property.
Wonderful house with amazing views
Liked: House restored to a very high specification. Fitted out with quality furnishings. Very comfortable bed. Wonderful large terrace with amazing views. Great location.
Disliked: Communication with host could have been better.

Liked: The view is spectacular! The house so beautiful! Loved it! Its difficult to take the luggage up to the house. But again the hosters arranged for us at an extra charge to take them up for us! Mr Manos was so helpful and friendly!
An Excellent house to stay!
Liked: The House was lovely and well represented. Lots of steps to get up to it but the view from the terrace was worth of every step! My partner and I really loved it! I would stay again when ever visiting a beautiful Poros island!
