Exceptional
Very hospitable staff and comfortable beds
Liked: The location was very convenient right outside of Preveza with direct access by car to the Monolithi beach. Preveza and Kiani Akti beach are in actual walking distance, but it can be quite hot. The room was equipped with everything we needed and it was very comfortable. I have to point out that the mattress was super comfy and I had some of the best sleeps in my life! The front yard is very beautiful, full of flowers and you can enjoy your morning coffee and/or breakfast.
Disliked: The room was at the back and the balcony was a bit narrow so it wasn't very comfortable to sit outside. Preveza can also get quite humid, so you wouldn't get enough fresh air from there. Also the view is in the parking lot, but there's not much activity nor noise. I would recommend to book early on to make it to one of the rooms at the top floor.
Really very good
Liked: Very comfortable, clean, nicely decorated. Good restaurant just across the street.
Great stay in a beautiful spot
Liked: Very clean and modern apartment on a nice complex. Spent a lovely few days working remotely and enjoying some time off in between. WiFi is excellent, shower powerful and bed comfy. Nice restaurant opposite or a 15-20 minute walk into Preveza for loads of other options. The nearest beach is a minute away but there is a nice beach club as you walk into Preveza with sunloungers and a beach bar. This place has everything you need and very helpful owners who make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Disliked: Nothing major, it was a (flat) walk into town (property is located outside of Preveza) but I enjoyed getting my steps in every day and found the walk enjoyable.
Liked: Great location just steps away from the beach and opposite a nice restaurant, lovely leafy shaded garden with lots of flowers, spacious studio and balcony, furniture and fittings all looking brand new, well equipped with all essentials, very nice and accommodating hosts - couldn't have asked for more!
Beautiful buganvillas studios In Pantokratoras
Liked: Location was perfect! 3 min walk from beach, 20 min walk from Preveza old town,15 min by car from.the airport. Area was lovely and quiet, with fantastic sunsets on the sea. The studio was well equipped and clean. The owner Eleni was amazing! Kind and helpful, she even took us to the supermarket the first day to do our shopping (we rented a car the last 4 days). Car Rental is very cheap and necessary if you want to visit the fantastic surrounding: Parga, Lefkada, Acheron river, and many beautiful beaches.
Disliked: We liked everything
Awesome place to stay
Liked: It was a clean and spacious room Equipped with a full kitchen and air conditioning. The beach nearby is also very quiet and relaxing. I can really recommend these apartments!
