Exceptional
The dreamiest apartment in Preveza and the area!
Liked: This apartment was the highlight of our trip! It is incredible. Very modern, very spacious and Nikos is the best host possible. Any problems we've had, he helped us and warned us about water being cut off for one day. The view is incredible and the location is quiet and very beautiful. We came with our two puppies and had the best time ever. We loved every second here and will definitely return in the future. Thank you Nikos!!
Disliked: The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so it can be difficult for some people. Wasn't a problem for us, but it s important to know.
Fantastic front-sea views, large veranda
Liked: Fantastic beach-front view, large veranda, penthouse apartment newly built, great wifi router just for this apartment, full kitchen. Easy parking. Will go again next year.
Disliked: Lots of stairs to get up there, but it's worth it for the views. The bathroom is modern but very dark, has only a mirror light for the whole large room. It was August, but there was a strange storm the first night and the roof tiles seem not to have the safety liner under them, with the result of a lot of water entering dripping in many places and the electricity was cut for that night.
Liked: A pleasant, comfortable stay, in a clean location equipped with everything you need, located in a quiet place, with a gorgeous view of the sunset. The host is a very kind person. 🙂
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

Excellent quiet place from which to explore the nearby places of interest
Liked: The location, with parking right on the doorstep, the beach just a few steps away and an unobstructed view of the sea from the private terrace. In a quiet, friendly residential area which during the daytime seemed only inhabited by cats and a few dogs. Ideal place from which to explore the historical sites of ancient Nikopolis and the archeological museum, as well as the nearby wetlands to go birdwatching. The apartment itself was clean, stylish and comfortable, provided with the necessary utensils for home-cooking. Great spacious and modern bathroom. Hosts were very responsive and attentive.
Disliked: Nothing worth mentioning.
