  Clean, spacious and perfect for long or short stays!

  Liked: Absolutely perfect! The penthouse is new, spacious, clean and has everything you can possibly need for a comfortable stay! From washinf machine, coffee machine, sandwich maker, hoover, even a baby changing mattress and other ammenities! The area is super quiet, while also being 5 minutes away from the marina and the prom with all the restaurants and bars. Parking space was a big plus too. We saw the photos here but didn't expect everything to be this good. Recommend it 100%, you won't regret it. 😊

  Great choice for a holiday in Preveza

  Liked: Great apartment! Very well furnished and nicely decorated. The large terrace is a big plus. Excellent location – just 5 minutes to the port and a short walk to the old town with restaurants and shops.

  Liked: Excellent Stay with Sea View and Top-Notch Amenities We had an absolutely fantastic stay in this apartment and can recommend it without reservation! The location is truly excellent. You can comfortably walk to the harbor with its numerous restaurants. The surrounding shops, such as a bakery and the "Polis" supermarket, are also very easy to reach and offer a wide selection. It's especially convenient that a parking space is also included. The apartment itself is modern, very clean, and tastefully decorated. A highlight is the huge terrace of about 80 square meters, which offers a great panoramic view of the surrounding rooftops, the mountains, and even a side view of the sea. Here you can enjoy the sun all day, protected by an awning or the sun umbrella that the very kind father of the landlady provided for us. He was very helpful and fulfilled our every wish. The rooms are nice and spacious, and air-conditioned. The kitchen is excellently equipped, and the stable internet also impressed us. The bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a window, and a fireplace also adds to the comfort. In short: We felt completely at home and had a great vacation. Many thanks to the landlords for their wonderful hospitality!

  Liked: Very good location in a quiet street, close to all points of interest. Spacious and very clean apartment, with a large veranda, recently renovated with all modern amenities and appliances. Bottled water, and other alcohol bottles were available in the appartment complimentary. The hostess gifted us with a bottle of liquer and a small bottle with tsipouro before our departure. A/C units are avaible to every room. WiFi available and reliable (~50 Mbps). Stick vacuum cleaner available. Second set of towels and bedsheets provided. Private parking was available in ground floor. The host was very polite, proposed various points of interest and activities and replied immediatelly to our messages.

  Disliked: It was diffucult to locate the apartment building due to the local streets arrangements and poor GPS signal.
