Exceptional
Great host
Liked: Spiros is an excellent host and extremely helpful. The apartment is in a good location within easy walking distance of the beach and the town. Everything is available in the kitchen for self-catering and basic provisions such as tea coffee. Salt, sugar and cooking oil etc. Spiros took my sister and I to Lefkas and the historical sites such as the Nicopolis in Preveza. He organised a taxi for our return to the airport which we were very grateful for. Recommend Alila at further end of promenade very relaxing and staff are lovely.
Disliked: The bus service is very poor in the area,very few sign posts for tourists. The apartment could have been cleaner,such as the floor needed washed and the bathroom could have been more hygienic. There were a lot of mosquitoes about and I received several bites therefore we used the coils to burn on the balcony.
Liked: The host was very friendly, he waited for us an made sure everything was ok.

Liked: Spiros' home was delightful. The host is super nice and makes you feel welcome. The place is large and comfortable. Nicer than photos. Mosquito nets on the windows and balcony doors were necessary and appreciated. He gave us some goodies too, which was very kind. Thank you
Disliked: Minor issues: lack of cooking utensils, shower head has nowhere to sit and must be held the whole time, too dark in the bathroom
Amazing apartment in Preveza
Liked: Spiros was there to welcome me and show me all the facilities of his beautiful apartment.For me it is situated in a perfect position in Preveza with the beach five minutes one way and the town 7 minutes the other way.Very clean with very efficient Aircon in both bedrooms and the living room also a well equipped kitchen with an actual oven! There are TVs in both bedrooms and a giant screen in the living room with Netflix and YouTube etc.For the price point it is the best accommodation I have stayed in and I use 20/30 accommodations a year in many places.The WiFi was excellent,I have left a photo of the reading.Very highly recommended.

Liked: The apartment is renovated, equipped with new furniture, comfortable beds in a good location. Each room is equipped with a TV and there is a Playstation in the living room. The owner provides a parking space, which is very important in this area for those arriving by car.
Disliked: The apartment has some minor issues. There are too few wardrobes for clothes, or maybe a hanger for outerwear, and there is also too little light in the bathroom, but the owner declared that he would fix it soon.
