  I would advise going there only in your own or a rented car

  Liked: This is big and nicely appointed appartment, there is everythinh you may need. The walk to the beach takes three minutes. The host, Ioanna, is very friendly and helpful. She even left us some food for us in the fridge.

  Disliked: For us, the biggest problem was the location. Except the beach and a couple of restaurants, there is almost nothing within a walking distance, not even a smallest food shop.

  Evening was wonderful！

  Liked: A great house, highly recommended! There are plenty of parking spaces and it's very convenient to get to the beach, just across the road from the house. The beach is also wonderful, with enough beach chairs, and the prices for food and drinks are cheap. There are also places to shower, which is fantastic! It's also very convenient to drive to the city center, about 7-8 minutes. The grass in the garden is also wonderful! It's very suitable for bringing children...

  Disliked: Perhaps it was because of the strong wind when I went there that the network was not good and the phone signal was poor. Everything else was wonderful!

  Great choice

  Liked: We were welcomed very warmly with snacks and treats. The villa was very comfortable and spacious. It is one of the most equiped villa, it had a machine for every type od coffee. There is air conditioner in every room, and the rooms are big. The yard is behind a gate and the balcony is very big, very secluded and private. There is parking space inside the yard, which is a big bonus in this area. The beach is very close, few minutes walk. You need a car to go to a supermarket, but there are few markets within several minutes of driving. The hosts, Ionna and her son, are very attentive and friendly. Ionna baked us a very delicious cake, made us feel like home during the entire stay.

  Liked: About the house: First of all, Ioanna has been an amazing host, welcoming us with pizza, fruit and other treats. The house is very beautiful, spacious and really close to the beach (2 mins on foot). The photographs do justice although they cant fully describe the beauty of the whole place. It is decorated with elegance but is also fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The garden is full of greenery and on the other side there is an oak and a chestnut tree gently moving their leaves by the breeze. A large tv and a pretty good wifi connection kept kids happy at noons after lunch. Last but not least, its the first time my family was able to use both bathrooms to shower at the same time after coming from our swim with efficient water flow. About the surroundings: The beach is awesome. Sandy and shallow making it ideal for small children. A part of it is organized but there is still plenty of space available if you want to place your beach umbrella. The sea is crystal clear though a little bit chilly. Preveza lies 10-15 mins away from the house and is a marvellous city for walks, eating and drinks. If you have children, I highly recommend you visit Hotel Kanali for its Water Park (your kids are going to have the time of their lives!) which is about 15-20 mins from the house and very close to the Monolithi beach which is a terrific one but not really suitable for kids (it deepens in few meters). If you are up for adventure, you should visit Acheron Springs (around 55 mins from the house) and Parga (about an hour away). You will be stunned by both sightseeings.

  A family vacation where we loved the home and the garden the beach, the amenities the cleanliness!!

  Liked: Location, facilities, well taken care of, super kind and super hospitable host. She bought us fruits, sweets and prepared us a pizza home made because we were traveling for hours and had a kid with us. What an amazing woman. So kind and helpful. A beautiful home, serence, and peacefull. We had the time of our lives!!! The sea is right across the street and the beach is AMAZING
