Exceptional
Disliked: Unfortunately, there was a bad smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. The hotel informed me in advance about a free parking space, which, as it turned out, was anything but free.

Liked: Good location, and our room had nice elements of it. Staff were very attentive and keen to help with the many problems we faced.
Disliked: The room is fine - bathroom needs a bit of an upgrade but nothing awful. Ultimately though we booked this room almost exclusively for the jacuzzi. We couldn't wait for the jacuzzi after a long day hiking. But when we got there, the jacuzzi was a ness - overflowing, cold and with hoses all over the place. Unusable. After a while of faffing around wasting our time trying to fix it, we gave up and decided to have a shower before going out for dinner. There was no hot water. It was just so disappointing, to have paid a premium price for a nice room with a jacuzzi and then not only to not have the jacuzzi but have our time wasted and then not able to even have a hot shower before going out to dinner. The hotel offered us a discount on a future stay. We felt that wasn't good enough considering how much our enjoyment of the stay had been affected. If you stay here, maybe they'll have hot water, maybe your jacuzzi will work. But maybe not, and if these things don't work I don't think management will take it seriously.
Liked: The staff from the moment me and my partner and I arrived were so welcoming and explained everything perfectly would highly recommend to friends and family to stay here when in Rethymno will be back before the year ends for sure 😊
Disliked: I didn't like that fact I can't just live here and have to go back to reality 😕 🤣 it was perfect 👌

Liked: This is a beautiful small hotel in s peaceful location yer within minutes from lovely Cretan tavernas and unique cute shops. Beautiful bedrooms. The reception staff are so kind & helpful. I will love to come back
