  A convenient and peaceful base for exploring Skiathos

  Liked: We had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the convenient location. There is a nice beach nearby, while other beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. Skiathos Town is about a 10-15 minute drive, and there are several tavernas nearby. The property is set a little away from the main road, so the surroundings are generally peaceful and quiet. The studio was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The property is also home to a very friendly dog and several lovely, affectionate cats. The animals are very sociable and add to the homely atmosphere of the place. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found it a very convenient base for exploring Skiathos.

  Disliked: The soundproofing between the studios is limited, so the level of noise can depend on your neighbours. The cats are free to move around the entire property and regularly come onto the balconies. This is worth considering if you are travelling with a dog that does not get along with cats, as it may make it difficult to relax outside or use the balcony comfortably.

  Liked: Beautiful views, very welcoming host (couldn't do enough for us). Clean and very comfortable room, I haven't slept this well for years!! Supermarket close by and lots of lovely restaurants, highly recommend.

  Disliked: Nothing at all. but there is a steep hill, but the view at the top more than compensates

  Liked: Babis was always quick to answer questions prior to my trip. Babis was welcoming and picked me up from the local bus stop (13) late in the evening when I first arrived as I was not hiring a car, and it was dark. Top tip take a torch if you enjoy an evening out as the track up from the main road is dark and unmade, probably not for those with mobility issues as it is fairly steep at the top and takes 5 minutes to walk. In the heat, it feels hard work. Babis was extremely kind, offering local advice and always a drink. There are cats and a dog, all very gentle and friendly. The garden is beautiful. The air-conditioning was good. Very clean linen and towels. Lovely views and near to beaches. Bus stop 12 is so near it's not worth taking.

  Disliked: As a solo traveller, I was glad I had a bright torch for the walk up the track at night.

  Very cozy and beautiful place!

  Liked: Everything was perfect! The view is amaizing, the place is very comfortable and clean! The garden is full of beautiful flowers and cozy areas. The host is very welcoming!

  Liked: The view was incredibile and the owner was very nice. He welcomed us and gave us useful suggestions. The room was very nice but the best part was the view from the balcony.

  Disliked: The only problem we had was with the cleaning lady who entered our room without even knocking twice (2 hours before we had to check out)
