Exceptional
Great location and beautiful garden
Liked: The location is excellent — less than a 10-minute walk from the city centre. The garden is beautiful, lush and very well maintained. The room was spacious and very clean, with fresh, nice-quality bedsheets and towels. The host was also very kind and offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a lovely touch. She also picked us up from the airport, as we did not have a car.
Disliked: The only downside is that the surroundings can be noisy, especially for light sleepers. I would recommend requesting a room on the east side of the property, away from the main street.

Liked: We spent 2 wonderful nights at this spectacular accommodation in Skopelos Town, and it exceeded all our expectations. Everything was impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with premium amenities that made our stay truly comfortable. Our studio was incredibly spacious, featuring a modern, fully equipped kitchen and two lovely terraces where we could relax and enjoy the green surroundings and the sunset. The beds were extraordinarily wide and comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. Maria and her family are exceptional hosts. Thank you! Their warmth, kindness, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome, even providing complimentary breakfast and fresh bread each morning, a thoughtful touch that we greatly appreciated. The exterior is absolutely stunning—a spacious, green garden. There is plenty of parking available, and the area is quiet, while still being just a 10–15 minute walk from the old town center and the port. The property itself feels like something out of a storybook. The beautiful building reminded us of a grand movie mansion, adding a unique charm and elegance to the entire experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Skopelos.

Liked: Exceptional service, wonderful old building with cosy atmosphere 🥰 Did not include breakfast but got fresh bread and random food in our fridge every day. Quiet area but not too long to restaurants and center. We got pick up and drop off to the port from Maria and her dad, wonderful people 🩷

Liked: Everything was great. Maria is such a wonderful host, very warm and helpful always. Gave us the best advice to get around the island. Breakfast was brought every morning as an extra. The balconies have privacy from the neighbours. The location offers great mountain landscape in a quiet area but within walking distance to the town. Very clean room with towels and linen replaced every day. I would not hesitate to book this place again and I totally recommend it.
Disliked: Maybe some minor improvements can be made in the bathroom but nothing really worth mentioning here.

A true gem of a family friendly accommodation, short walk from Skopelos town
Liked: Maria and the team at Melrose were so welcoming and helpful! From helping with bus schedules when our ferry changes, to picking us up from the port. They made us feel so welcome! We loved the two apartments and big balconies, very practical with kitchen and laundry in room. They also provided a delicious breakfast in the room.
