Fabulous
Great location, staff and price
Liked: Transfer from the ferry port to the accommodation ran smoothly. Excellent service and location, lovely pool and restaurant / bar area
Disliked: Toilets weren’t flushing correctly and shower broken in Room 10. Also, toilet facilities in the restaurant area were unsatisfactory
Liked: Bays Hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to the main strip. There are no cars you can hire in Spetses, so the fact that they pick you up from the port and drop you off make the trip so much easier. The rooms are clean and of a good size. The draw card is the fact that it has an outdoor eating area, where you can order breakfast, lunch etc. This area is attached to the wide and deep swimming pool. So if you don't feel like doing any sightseeing you can just hang out at the pool. The staff where friendly and knowledgeable and interacted well with the guests.
This beautiful resort will always have a special place in our hearts. The location and the team were absolutely perfect
Liked: The property was incredibly comfortable, and we felt very much at home during our stay. Our rooms were cleaned every day, with fresh sheets and towels. Theodore and Ira made our stay extra special and looked after us day and night. We loved the complex, as well as the restaurant and bar. The pool was so much fun for both the adults and the children. It was also easy to walk to both the Old and New Port, and Theodore was incredibly accommodating when it came to driving us and picking us up in the hotel car. The restaurants and beaches were fabulous, and we had such a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!
Disliked: Our only constructive feedback would be that the complex where my mum, sister, and their family were staying was a little outdated, and the Wi-Fi signal wasn’t as strong in that area.
Liked: Friendly environment. Very clean. Excellent staff. Good facilities.
Liked: Theodore and Iro were incredible and looked after us brilliantly. Pick ups from the port. Made themselves available and incredibly helpful. Rooms were simple and cleaned daily.
Liked: Fair priced. Swimming pool, nice pool bar.
Disliked: The bathroom needs some work.
