  Beautiful garden and hosts

  Liked: Excellent accommodation, with a beautiful yard and swimming pool. The hosts are very friendly and always available for guests. Ioli Garden is close to the city center, taverns and shops. Highly recommended for families with children. If we come to Thassos again, the choice is surely Ioli Garden!

  Nice house with a nice pool

  Liked: The facilities are nice, with the added bonus of a private pool. We stayed in a ground-floor apartment, and the beds were comfortable. The shower was spacious, and parking was conveniently available right in front of the house.very nice garden. There are mosquito nets on the windows, which is a helpful touch.

  Disliked: The ground-floor apartments are essentially part of the owner’s flat, so you enter through their living room. While this wasn’t a major issue for us, some guests might find it uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the kitchen is poorly equipped — there aren’t enough plates, and some basic items are missing. The Wi-Fi signal is weak, and there were quite a lot of mosquitoes.

  To be avoided

  Liked: Location of the property, garden was arranged nice, swimming pool was beautiful, but full of chlorine.

  Disliked: The beds were very uncomfortable. Towels were very old, rough in touching, and yellowed. In the bathroom, mold was present inside the shower cabin wall, and the door of the shower cabin was stuck. The toilet basin, sit and all bathroom facilities were very cheap quality and old. The liquid soap in the bathroom was cheap quality, but in a bottle of Dove brand, and the quantity was small. The wireless internet connection was most of the time not working, with no signal in the bedroom and bathroom. The only place with signal was in the kitchen, but anyway, connection to the internet was very poor. The kitchenette facilities were old and poor quality, and without any dishwashing liquid or sponge. The plates were not cleaned properly, with traces of grease. Overall, the accommodation prices and rating on the website are too high, not reflecting the quality of service.
