Guest reviews
Exceptional
Liked: Very clean, everything working, very quiet
Disliked: Nothing
The location is convenient, but unfortunately that is the main advantage
Disliked: During our stay, we experienced electricity problems and a malfunctioning air conditioner, which was eventually replaced while we were there. We were asked to leave the room during the replacement and were not offered an alternative. One night we could not properly sleep because of the extreme heat and street noise with the windows open. Communication was also very poor. There is no permanently staffed reception, and even at check-in we had to call for someone to come and meet us. We contacted the property about the problems, but did not receive a timely response or an adequate solution. The cleanliness was also disappointing. The floor was not properly clean when we arrived, there were black hairs in the shower, and the oven contained crumbs and residue left from previous guests. The price is difficult to justify. For only €50 more in total for four people, we later stayed elsewhere on Thassos in a much more scenic location, with sea and mountain views, a swimming pool, breakfast and dinner, a proper reception and genuinely welcoming staff. Overall, we could not properly use the accommodation we had booked for a significant part of our stay, and in our experience this property does not offer good value for money.
Liked: Everything was perfect
Excellent
Liked: This is the second time we’ve chosen this accommodation. It offers good value for money and the location is convenient - within walking distance of restaurants / stores / Lidl, although we drove to the beach. The staff was kind and daily cleaning was provided.
Liked: Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the location was perfect. The hosts were very kind, welcoming, and always helpful.
Great
Liked: All in one, short story Excelent.
