Exceptional
Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated. The beach is absolutely stunning — very beautiful, with wonderful clear water and an amazing atmosphere.
Disliked: The hotel is not adults-only, and there were children on the property. Also, the beach is not private, so many people who are not staying at the hotel come there, often with children, which can make it quite busy. Another downside was the food in the restaurant, which unfortunately was not very tasty. The hotel is located in a remote mountainous area and the road leading to it is quite rough and unpaved. Getting to the city and back by taxi is also very expensive, usually around €100–120.

Liked: Vathi Cove, Greece, is truly a hidden paradise. The crystal-clear turquoise water, pristine beach, and breathtaking natural surroundings create the perfect place to relax and unwind. Perfect hideaway
Liked: I have to start with the beach, because it is beautiful! It is a private beach with superb sunbeds where you can relax or swim in the crystal clear water. You can enter the water even without water shoes. The hotel is modern, well equipped and wonderfully styled. The staff is young and attentive (however, a few of them could be more polite). Our room was great: clean and with enough storage place, and it was facing the sea which we loved. It is a perfect hideaway where you can easily switch off and have a relaxed time. The breakfast menu was gorgeous. There is also a gym which is small but functional.
Disliked: It is not easy to reach hotel, because the road is really bad and dusty. As I heard, not all rental companies allow you to go there (or to marble beach) with a "normal" sedan; renting a jeep is recommended. That is why, a taxi drive costs more than what you would normally expect. We also missed Greek food from the dinner menu. No moussaka, no souvlaki, not even tzatziki. I think at least one such dish must be offered in a Greek resort. The bed was too soft for our taste, but I know, it is a subjective matter. And one more thing, that is an issue on the whole island (so, it is not hotel specific), but I have to mention: there are a lot of wasps. Eating outside during the day is tricky.
Liked: The reception guy did everything to explain what we should see on the island and recommended great places to eat. Thanks to his effort, we felt truly welcomed and had a wonderful time.
