  Liked: That the hotel is in the city'centre

  Disliked: On the 14th September 2026 by my mistake when booking a hotel room for 4 nights in the Aegeon hotel in period 6- 10 Oct.26 I paid 475.60 eur instead of only 237.80. The hotel so far has refused to return the excess of payment and obviously sees it as an extra profit. The help desk of the Booking.com tried to help but to no avail. The hotel has been arguing that "the booking is not refundable". I did not need two rooms, I made a mistake thinking that I was not succesful with my first booking so I repeated the process, thus the double payment. If the sum of € 237.80 was not returned to me it would mean it has been stolen! Full stop! Jolanta Kosoric

  Dissappointing

  Liked: The room was clean and had a good size bathroom. There was a refrigerator and central a/c. Breakfast was good.

  Disliked: The room was small with a view to an ally. The single beds were narrow and the bedding kept falling over during sleep. There was no kettle or beverage in the room. Parking was not available in a densely populated area.

  Good for the money but horrible for everything else, complaining to them won’t change anything

  Liked: That it was in a good location

  Disliked: They never brought us new towels during our stay even when we asked for them. The tv controller wasn’t even there till second day, the tv quality was horrible, the ac was controlled by the staff and when you’d complain they wouldn’t change anything and kept it off, the day of checking out, there was a guy in the reception whom we asked if we could stay a bit in the lobby till it was our time to leave and he rudely said our lobby is not for waiting, so we had to wonder around outside with big luggages, the sink kept also leaking water,rooms are too small, I also caught the flu while staying there.
