  It was convenient for the location and the staff were friendly

  Liked: Great location, very easy to access places in the city l, breakfast was included nice selection

  Disliked: Stats there is parking. There is a parking lot down the street that you must pay by the day. If you don’t know that checking in can be difficult because you have to park in the street first then go check, then be told about the parking situation

  Location was great and a big thank you to Ourania at reception she had been fantastic

  Liked: The bed & location

  Disliked: Too hot, electric plugs not enough & not compatible, although I had the conversion. Had to go to lobby to get key for safe which should be given on arrival. Did not get a cup of coffee & sandwich as I was promised on departure day & was told to get it at the airport (very disappointed)

  Not bad, some positives, but over-all, there are better choices available

  Liked: The breakfast buffet was consistently excellent, and the bed was comfortable.

  Disliked: The location is extremely noisy - at the intersection of 3 busy streets. I had only one dinner there, and the food was not good. I had one lunch there and while the salmon was good, the service was exceptionally slow. Also, they had the heat on even though the temperature was in the 70s (Fahrenheit). The front desk advised me to turn it off, but the heat could not be fully turned off. Even in the "off" position, the climate control unit put out heat. If I opened the window, the traffic noise was extreme, and the auto exhaust was not pleasant to breathe. If I closed it, the room was too hot.

  A very disappointing stay: uncomfortable, noisy, and not worth the price

  Liked: There was nothing in particular that I liked about my stay.

  Disliked: The room was far too small for the price I paid. The bathroom was also extremely small and in very poor condition. The mattress was so uncomfortable that I could feel the springs and could barely sleep. There was noise in the middle of the night and early in the morning. The hotel did not meet my expectations for a three-star property. This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in Thessaloniki, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
