  Amazing staff, quirky hotel and perfect location to explore Thessaloniki

  Liked: Loved this hotel. I had a great welcome from Vasiliki on reception and she continued to make sure everything was OK throughout the stay. The room was perfect, complete with a little balcony and a good sized and comfortable bed. The location is fantastic, especially for a first time visit to Thessaloniki. It's easy to walk to great neighbourhoods and attractions with the addition of the metro and bus stops if transport needed. I would absolutely stay here again.

  Disliked: Nothing to add here. For the price point I was very very happy with my stay.

  Excellent service — a special thank you to Vasiliki!

  Liked: Excellent service — a special thank you to Vasiliki! We stayed at this hotel for two nights and were especially impressed by the excellent service and the kindness of the staff. On our first night, our rooms were clean and comfortable, but the windows faced an internal corridor rather than offering an outside view. The following morning, I went to reception and explained the situation to Vasiliki. She listened with genuine empathy and immediately reassured me: “Just leave it with me—it will be sorted.” True to her word, just fifteen minutes later I received a text message letting us know that new rooms had been arranged, that our belongings would be transferred, and that we could collect our keys whenever we were ready. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly, allowing us to get on with enjoying our stay. Vasiliki’s professionalism, kindness and efficiency truly stood out. She made us feel heard and genuinely cared for, turning an initial disappointment into a very positive experience. Thank you, Vasiliki! The hotel is lucky to have you—you are a real asset to the team and a wonderful example of excellent hospitality.

  Liked: Location Clean The first girl at the reception was super nice (the one that speaks many languages)

  Disliked: Literally no sound proof... I was brought to another building (very close but not to the official address, a thing that they should mention also at their page here). The windows dont offer any kind of sound proof They dont warn you for the problem, they just leave next to the bed side table(!) earplugs... At the check out I complained about the noise and I got rather disappointing replies. They didn't send the invoice so we exchanged emails. I was asked about my stay and I said the truth and received rather ironic replies (probably AI generated). If it wouldn't for those replies I wouldn't event rate the place. I will never find out if the official building is sound proof and i was just the one that got tricked. Last but not least, bathtub is made especially for short people
