  Liked: Spacious and great location

Disliked: The shower needs maintenance, Every time we were getting back the was some smoke odour (maybe front the fire place). A/C struggling to keep a temperature quite noisy and only working while we were inside.

A good place for an extended stay - but with parcticality issues

Liked: The place is huge. The owners spent a lot of money renovating it. It has some high quality equipment in. Parking is really easy, at least during our visit. Also location was conveninent (and soon will be right beside a metro station). Exercise equipment were a nice plus.

Disliked: There were quite a few practicality issues. Despite its size, something like 90 sqm, the space is configured for one person on vacation (at most a totally synchronized young couple). There is no possibility for isolation, it's all one big space. It's difficult for 2 people to different things. It's impossible for one person to sleep and another to watch TV for example. If someone is cooking the whole place smells, There is no desk to work - you can move the kitchen table closer to a power socket and work there, but then no one else can use the kithen. And the bathroom is very small, unjustifiably so. The shower is tiny. The aparment has plenty of space for everything, it's just poorely distributed and configured. Still, it remains excellent value and I would prefer it again over a hotel room.
