  Liked: "The hotel is quite good and exceeded my expectations. It is pretty new. The location is excellent, making it very easy to get around. Most importantly, the hotel is exceptionally clean, which is always my top priority. I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast is excellent.

  Disliked: However, I noticed a few details that could be improved regarding room comfort. Instead of proper duvets with duvet covers, the beds have traditional blankets with sheets. Since it feels less hygienic if the blankets are not washed after every guest, I would highly recommend the hotel switches to modern duvets with removable covers (even thin summer ones).Additionally, nowadays, almost every hotel provides an electric kettle with tea and coffee in the room. It would be a very welcome upgrade if this hotel introduced that as well.

  Liked: Good location, within walking distance of bus and train stations (our bus from Sofia arrived at the train station, not the Intercity bus station mentioned in the property details). We chose this hotel for the 24 hour check-in, as our bus was due to arrive in the late evening, but we were also pleased with the room and the helpfulness of the staff.

  Disliked: Although convenient for our arrival, it's a bit far from the centre so we moved on after one night to a more central place.

  Very nice stay & good breakfast

  Liked: Clean room, nice staff and good breakfast.

  Disliked: The only issue we had was the noise from outside during the night (which was a bit unexpected given the location) but we closed the window and then it was fine.
