Liked: I stayed at ICON Urban Living for three nights and was absolutely delighted! The rooms were spotlessly clean, everything was immaculate, and the organisation was excellent. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. The two owners, Maria and Maria, are wonderful people, always ready to help and make you feel welcome. The prices were very reasonable, too. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality! I hope to see you again very soon on my next visit to Thessaloniki. Highly recommended!

Modern rooms but surprisingly disrespectful manager

Liked: The rooms are modern, clean, and the hotel is located in a quiet area of Thessaloniki.

Disliked: We had a requested a twin room but were assigned a double room at check-in. When we called the manager, she replied angrily that we had been assigned what we had booked and was adamant about there being no mistake. After a while, she realised the error and assigned the right room but kept a really nasty attitude throughout and and hang up saying that she wouldn't be available because she'd go to the gym. The room smelled of dampness.
