Great location and friendly staff, but poor cleanliness and a disappointing room upgrade affected our comfort

Liked: Excellent central location in Thessaloniki, within walking distance of many attractions. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Disliked: Noticeable dust buildup and poor cleanliness in the room, elevator, and common areas triggered my allergies and affected my comfort. Additionally, we were moved to a smaller room with a balcony, presented as an upgrade. Overall cleanliness standards need significant improvement.
