  Liked: Large, clean, quiet. Good location, near the center (well, Thessaloniki is small so basically everything is "near the center" but bare with me here), walking distance from all the significant sites in the city, many shops, bars, and restaurants around the property. Fast responses from Pierre, who was kind and helpful.

  Disliked: it's hard to park, probably close to impossible to park for free. There are paid option on the street nearby, can get expensive for longer stays, was fine for a couple of days over the weekend.

  Charmant apartment and perfectly located for exploring the city on foot - we would definitely recommend Petrus Studio:)

  Liked: The apartment had everything you could possibly need for a city trip. It was clean, very well maintained, and full of charm. The location was amazing, both the city center and the night bus to the airport were within walking distance, which made everything super convenient. Pierre was always easy to contact, very accommodating, and made us feel truly welcome from the beginning. He explained the check-in perfectly and even shared great recommendations for the city, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Petrus Studio and would happily stay there again:)

  Liked: Everything was perfect! Pierre is an amazing host. He was incredibly kind to let us have a late check-out for free and even provided an umbrella when we requested one. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and well-located

  Liked: Bigger than expected from the photos. Very central location and still quiet as the balcony faces in yard. Host very responsive. Everything as advertised.

  Disliked: Heating seems to be on automatically? Didn’t figure out the control but overall temperature was fine. The door should be equipped with noise cancelling strips. When the neighbour is leaving in the morning I thought someone was breaking in because there is an air gap in the door. Can be a bit more clean in the balcony, kitchen cabinet and luggage chair area - full of dust and stains.

  Liked: Good Location

  Disliked: We had a really bad experience due to some facts. Firstly we didn't have access to open the central heating of the apartment. Was only opened for an hour daily without knowing the time. There is an air-condition near bed but this was not enough for heating bathroom. Also it was too slow, not good at all for heating. Secondly we were not allowed to leave aircondition open while we were not in the room with 2°C outside so when we came back the room was really cold and took a lot of time to warm again. Thirdly the owner got into the apartment while we were not inside without even a notice. This is unacceptable as he doesn't offer cleaning or anything else that you might think that somebody can come in without a notice. After that we didn't feel save for our belongings in the apartment while we were not there and don't have privacy. Also, the cleaning in the kitchen was not good at all.

  Liked: The location is great, although there is no free parking. Everything was just like the pictures, it was clean and it has everything you'll need.
