  Great location in the center of Thessaloniki and excellent value for money!

  Liked: The location is absolutely fantastic (10/10) – close to the famous Church of Saint Demetrius, the White Tower, public bus stops, and the metro station. Everything in the heart of the city center is just a 10–15 minute walk away. The area has plenty of shops and restaurants, and the accommodation itself features a pleasant café with a lovely garden. We traveled by car – there are paid parking lots nearby, and street parking is in a paid zone (which may be free during certain days and hours). We booked a private room with a private bathroom and a balcony facing the main street. Surprisingly, it was not noisy at all, and at night we enjoyed a great view of the illuminated OTE Tower! The bed was a bit on the firmer side for our personal preference, but we slept very well. The room included a small kitchenette equipped with an electric kettle, coffee, sugar, an oven, and a mini-fridge with complimentary small bottles of water. The bathroom had hot water at all times and provided toiletries. Some of the furniture was updated, and overall it was satisfactorily clean.

  Disliked: We are non-smokers, and despite the "No Smoking" sign in the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke when we checked in, though fortunately it cleared up after airing the room out for a few hours. There were also visible signs of wear and tear due to frequent use – stains on the curtains, worn-out spots on the parquet floor and around the door handle, as well as marks from a removed shelf under the bathroom mirror. While these details didn't disrupt our stay, they gave a slight impression of neglect.
