Very nice accommodation in Thessaloniki with free parking, next to the metro station

Liked: Very nice accommodation in Thessaloniki with free parking, next to the metro station. The room was clean, big enough and had all the amenities we needed for our one-night stay in the city.

Disliked: Something to note is that if you need a parking spot, you need to request it in advance -even if it is for free-. We were lucky there was one last spot left when we arrived. Better communication of this would be appreciated but the call centre was quick to book a spot for us.

  Nice

Liked: The rooms were clean, warm, and comfortable. I haven’t stayed in such nice and comfortable rooms in a long time. Everything needed for a stay of several days was provided.

Disliked: Check-in was stated to be at 3:00 PM, but when we arrived shortly after 3:00 PM, not all of the rooms had been cleaned and we had to wait. The room access codes were not sent to me on time; I received them after 3:00 PM on the day of check-in. Additionally, I was not sent the code to open the garage door, so we had to wait on the street until we received it. Communication was somewhat difficult and was mainly handled via WhatsApp.

All in all it was great

Liked: Location was very central and very close to the Metro station and having a Parking was a great plus, because it is very difficult to find a Parking spot in that area

Disliked: The shower should have a Glass or curtain so that water will not get outside

Disliked: Don’t be fooled by the title. They DON’T guarantee parking! Suffering from injury, I wrote to confirm parking was available before my trip. Their answer was reassuring but worded vaguely. The app showed that the unit has its own parking spot. We arrived at the facility and THEN we were told that they hadn’t reserved the spot, despite our request. On the phone we were told it’s easy to find street parking (Thessaloniki is notorious for lack of parking spots). We found street parking 10 blocks away and that meant I had to spend my days in the hotel room. This ruined my visit, I saw nothing of the beautiful city. They refused to issue a refund. Booking.com issued a refund that was a fraction of the cost.

Liked: The area was nice and close to the sea side.

Disliked: The parking was not guaranteed like advertised and the host did not reply to us back on alternatives, so we had to find a solution even though we choose the accomodation due to its "supposed" parking place.
