  Excellent stay! I wouldn’t consider staying else when visiting Thessaloniki

  Great location, clean comfortable room lovely customer service

  Liked: The location was great, staff were friendly and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast had a great selection and also an option to order from the menu, I ordered the eggs Benedict and was delicious

  I wouldn’t go there anymore…

  Liked: Hard to say. Location itself only. This is not the hotel we used to know and go there wigj a pleasure.

  Disliked: This hotel used to “breathe” with perfection. Now is a just gray and poor image of it. The faucet in the bathroom has hot water only, our room 49 was turned to the backyard including 10ish huuuge A/C outside unite. Bad to sleep. The breakfast was poor, especially the water melon and ananas…they have been 3-4 days old sliced prieces. Low selection of food. I have asked 4 times about Plateia parking and everytime I got the “upgrade betting game.
