Liked: Excellent location right next to Agia Sofia Metro Station, with quick access to the city center and major attractions. The property is easy to find thanks to clear directions from the owner. There’s a supermarket right by the entrance, along with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The promenade is just a 5-minute walk away.

Disliked: The room is somewhat small, and the building mostly consists of small offices and businesses. During the day, the balcony and room lack privacy due to visibility from neighboring spaces.

Liked: Very good location, very nice balcony. Clean.

Disliked: The hot water is provided by a water heater and is just enough for one person.

The overall experience was very poor luckily I didn’t spend much time in the room

Liked: The location was very good.

Disliked: The building entrance was very difficult to unlock,I had to try more than 10 minutes to unlock and enter the building. To toilet bowl was dirty with leftovers from the previous tenants. The bed pillow was dirty so was the floor. The water boiler was very slow and it took 1,5 hour to heat the water for 1 person. The fridge was covered with ice
