  Disliked: Very poor check-in experience and terrible customer support When we arrived, the access code provided for the entrance door did not work. We could hear a loud TV playing inside the apartment, which made us wonder whether someone was inside. Since we could not open the door, we had no way to check. We contacted customer support, but the service was extremely disappointing. During our first call, we were told that they were checking the issue and would call us back. We waited for around 15 minutes, but nobody called. We had to contact them again ourselves, and the staff still could not provide a clear answer or confirm whether the apartment was available. Eventually, we were told to try a new access code and assured that the apartment was definitely empty. However, the new code did not work either, and we could still hear the TV inside. Once again, customer support promised to call us back, but nobody did. They eventually sent another code by email, but by that point, we had already given up trying. Fortunately, we managed to find an available room in a nearby hotel, but this was a very stressful situation, especially as it was already late and we risked being left without accommodation for the night. The support team showed very little concern about our situation and failed to resolve the problem when we actually needed their help. The booking was cancelled and the money refunded the following day, which we appreciate. However, this does not change the fact that we were left without access to our accommodation on the night of arrival and had to find an alternative ourselves. The main issue was not just the faulty access code, but the complete lack of effective support and communication. I would not recommend this accommodation based on our experience.

  Nice and cosy open-plan apartment on excellent location

  Liked: Nice and cosy open-plan appartment on top floor is very clean, bright, well equipped and has a big terrace overlooking the street. Location in the city centre is excellent and in walking distance to all major attractions, with cafés, restaurants and public transport right in front of the building. Although the street is very busy, sleeping was peacefull because bed is facing the back yard.

  Disliked: Kitchen is equipped for basic meal preparation and has no sink - instead, you use bathroom sink that stands in open space. Bathroom is not conventional - shower and toilet are separate niches enclosed with frosted glass doors, shower is accessible from bed side. None of this was an issue for us at all, but I'm sharing it so others could get an idea what to expect. For a couple like us who dined out, it was perfectly fine and I highly recommend it.
