Exceptional
Amazing Volos Stay
Liked: It was absolutely amazing. The best stay from our 8 week holiday. Leading class. Excellent customer experience, with exceptional comfort and convenience. Thank you.
Disliked: Everything was absolutely amazing... nothing left unattended or unnoticed. Very helpful indeed.
Liked: Polite staff, excellent service, quiet, comfortable and spotless room, designated private parking..
Disliked: While the music in the breakfast room was excellent in the morning, in the same space where you could eat or have a drink in the evening, the music selection was both limited and poorly chosen.
Lovely people and lovely atmosphere! We are especially impressed how every small detail has been perfected. The morning
Liked: Great location! Very well maintained.
Disliked: The parking is rather small, however, the receptionist was very kind and helped us park
Would absolutely stay again but not eat in restaurant
Liked: Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower worked well as did room temp.Good location for our needs. Staff polite and helpful.
Disliked: Good in the restaurant was substandard for cost and star rating. My pasta was awful and I left most of it and my husband's dish wasn't much better. The room felt like a canteen not a restaurant. The breakfast was fine but there waitresses weren't enthusiastic and forgot to bring basic things like milk even when asked politely.
Liked: The combination of beautiful accommodation, impeccable cleanliness, comfort, and wonderful hospitality. Everything came together perfectly and made the stay truly enjoyable.
Disliked: There is nothing
Excellent!!
Liked: Early check out, no breakfast. We were given a carry-out for the road. Very helpful, accommodating and courteous. Very clean and pleasant staff!
Disliked: Nothing!!
