Excellent accommodation- highly recommended
Liked: The property was very clean and well maintained. As the title suggests, it was spacious and light with a wide balcony and seating area.The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need.
Disliked: We couldn't find any fault with it.
Liked: First of all i liked the decoration, it was cozy but super clean in the same time, it had a very big sonfy bed with a very nice, probably brand new matteress, They had everything a traveler could need.. you forgot your toothbrush, your paste, you want coffee in the morning? cookies? they got you covered!Also its truly bright, its a corner apartment in greece.. It has a great balcony, almost no traffic, Its super close to the ring road so access is super easy and volos is a small city so you can drive in the center very quickly (ok, walk too). Also it has a kichen that has everything you need for cooking
Disliked: RIght next to the place there a church that starts tolling the bell at 0700 so you better use earplugs if you are somehow a light sleeper.. Thats not the rooms fault of course!!!
Good value for money
Liked: Good location in terms of distance to Volos and the mountains. Nice and comfortable bed, very well equipped kitchen. Very good communication with the owner and very friendly
Disliked: There has been renovations in the apartment but finishing touches need to be made in order to be more aesthetically pleasing. The apartment even though from a distance POV is very good from a quality of the area is not the same
Superb
Liked: The apartment was very big and comfortable, exactly as shown in pictures. Very clean and nicely decorated. Parking was very easy right outside the apartment. The host replied to all our questions immediately and did their best to accommodate our needs.
Disliked: The name of the location originally mentioned in the add is not quite the actual location. Melissatika is an area quite outside Volos and what we wanted. But the apartment is actually in Nea Ionia which is borderline of Volos. So it is neither walking close to the centre of Volos nor far enough to be like country side. The amenities in the kitchen need to be enriched, like any kind of coffee machine,.
