Exceptional
It was so good we stayed again
Liked: We had to return to Volos to catch an early morning ferry to Skopelos. It is located an easy walk to the port so it was an obvious choice. Also the host is very obliging and friendly.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.
It was amazing and we will definitely book it again when we return to Volos
Liked: The location was perfect, everything was very clean, the balcony and the view were amazing, the apartment had whatever we would possibly need and the host was very helpful with great recommendations about the city.

Great value for money in a perfect city spot
Liked: Great location, very central yet quiet thanks to the pedestrian zone below the flat. Very well equipped, and the host is really helpful with swift responses to all of my questions. Bed is ok. Great balcony, weather permitting.
Disliked: Shower pressure and WiFi rate are on the weaker side, but these are city issues and not the manager's faiult. The only thing that didn't fit my needs perfectly is the furniture arrangement. The large sofa takes up a lot of space, which would be much better used, in my view, for a proper table with a bench or chairs. The table now is a bit too high and the chair too low, which means that neither eating nor working are efficient.
Liked: Clean, comfortable, well equipped and great location.
Liked: Room is very nice with everything you need. The bed is comfortable, and there's a great work desk for digital nomads and people on workation. The location is also extremely convenient. It's walking distance from the main ferry port, and even the main bus station if you mind mind walking a bit further (about 20 mins). And there's a pretty decent view of mount Pelion too to enjoy while drinking some beers on the balcony.
Disliked: The WIFI is very asymmetrical (different speeds for uploading and downloading) and shaped (prioritising traffic to certain services like Instagram and WhatsApp over other traffic). Upload speeds to cloud storage is extremely slow. For example uploading 10 images with an average size of about 3Mb to Google Drive easily takes 20 mins to upload. Netflix and downloads are pretty decent though, so no problem there.
