Fabulous
Holiday in Zakynthos
Liked: The staff were excellent, the bed was very comfortable. And location was good.
Disliked: The bathroom did not have a shower, it was a bath. We are in our late sixtys and climbing in over the bath to try hold the showerhead to wash was not very safe for us, could have fallen very easly. There was a very small variety of food for breakfast. We were very disappointed that the pool had closed just before we arrived, we think it was over priced for the 7 days we stayed there.
Everything was wonderful! I want to thank the staff for their prompt service—specifically, it was my brother's birth

Ok hotel as a base for a couple of nights
Liked: I liked the view of the mountain from our room. Pool area nice for an hour or so. And bar/pool staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Our room smelt of cigarettes but receptionist said "this is not possible". We think next door were smoking. Staff reaction was disappointing.
Good hotel, nice staff, great location!
Liked: The location, walking 5 minutes to a square with many restaurants and a cozy street with shops and some bars. All of the personnel were very friendly, nothing was a problem. Maria helped us with making some changes with our reservation; good customer service! Very decent breakfast.
Disliked: The rooftop pool was very small, just enough to take a dip. Lounge beds were very few, but space was perhaps limited to add a few extra.
Great place to stay, rooms newly refurbished, cute little plunge pool on the rooftop with a gorgeous view, and nice help
Liked: As pictured and as promised. Sunrise over the sea directly from our beds and our balcony. Cute rooftop pool with a view of the whole town. Great breakfast, very helpful staff
Disliked: It’s a little longer walk to the pedestrian zone and restaurants than I expected
