Disliked: Wasn’t provided with any toiletries, no handwash, soaps/shower gels etc. communication wasn’t great either.
Liked: Clean, modern, with fantastic view. Super comfortable beds.
Disliked: 1. One of the windows in the living room/kitchen would not close fully. 2. We were informed that the check out was at 10.00am which made us leave in a hurry. The host verified later that it was a mistake as the check out is at 11.00. 3. No body wash in the shower's dispenser.
Overall we enjoyed the location and the cost was good
Liked: The location was great and easy access to local facilities. The girl in the laundrette was great to get us into our room and flat after wrong key code was given.
Disliked: Wrong key code Stale food in fridge Stale bread in the bread bin Half a roll of toilet paper between 4 people Blocked toilet Whilst we were out all day the wc blocked on last evening We did report most issues which were rectified however we should not have encountered the issues.

Liked: It was central to everything. 10 minute walk from the train station. All the sightseeing was basically on your doorstep. You had a view of spike island from the window. Spacious, lovely decorated.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a dust pan maybe in the kitchen, and could have gave more toilet roll for the few days we were there. You could also hear the neighbours above quite clearly.
