  Liked: The location was perfect. Easy walk into town to restaurants and bars. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean.

  Disliked: Having to bring our own towels was a new one on us and we've stayed all over Ireland....every county many times. It's not something we've ever had to do before....and the washing machine wasn't working so we had to bring home dirty washing....with towels. Not ideal and not what we expected. Also the afternoon before we left we were getting texts about checking out rules which we had already gotten....excessive. We were aware we were checking out the next morning.

  Enjoyed our stay despite the issues with facilities

  Liked: Great location! Well kept.

  Disliked: Unexpected last minute deposit requires WiFi access before checking in. Poorly written instructions about facilities…. Resulting in no hot water. No concession even though there were issues. Not much interior design, very simple. Don’t expect any condiments (salt, pepper, tea, etc.), house is void of all non-perishables.

  Decent house but a terrible faff getting it

  Liked: The property was conveniently located for the town and the setting was pleasant.

  Disliked: There was a hugely convoluted process involved in setting up the security deposit which was €200 - the link didn’t work and I spent over an hour sorting it out. Then there was the possibility of having to top up the electricity with a curtly worded warning that there would be consequences if the meter ran out. It all felt very unsatisfactory.

  Liked: The location was great. The house was really nice and spacious. The host was great with communication.

  Disliked: It was very expensive and we still had to pay extra for towels!! Parking was very limited. Overall not great value for money

  Great property and well worth the value!

  Liked: Great cottages in walking distance of Downtown. Spacious, quiet and clean! Easy key pick up and very timely communication. Well stocked kitchen. Thank you we would come back and stay!!

  Disliked: Include directions for stove and explain electric meter. How to submit security deposit was a bit confusing.

A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in per house. This will be pre-authorized on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released from your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property.

Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account, which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will occur after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the rental terms and conditions have been complied with.

Please note that failure to leave the accommodations in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit.
