Guest reviews
Fabulous
Liked: The person greeting us was so lovely, and the location was perfect.
Disliked: The shower in our room was cold, but in the 2 other rooms our friends were in it was fine.
Liked: Perfect spot to stay, only here for 1 night but would be a great place to stay longer. The lady that met us was very friendly and funny. Very comfortable accommodation and great location, close to everything
Great Location, but Disappointing Comfort and Poor Value for Money
Liked: Just location is great.
Disliked: The location is absolutely fantastic, and the lady who welcomed us was very friendly, positive, and welcoming. We genuinely appreciated her warm hospitality, so thank you! Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The rooms are incredibly small and uncomfortably cold. Especially in a place like Dingle, where the weather can be harsh, a warm and comfortable room should be an absolute basic requirement. We stayed on a particularly stormy and rainy night, and the noise insulation was extremely poor. The room was so noisy that falling asleep was a real challenge. Thankfully, we were completely exhausted from travelling, which was probably the only reason we managed to get some sleep. Considering the price charged for just one night and the level of comfort and facilities provided, this accommodation simply does not offer good value for money. Despite the excellent location and lovely welcome, the overall experience was disappointing. For the price, I expected significantly better comfort and quality. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.
Great stay in Dingle
Liked: Great location clean comfortable rom and a nice breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing it was all good.
Beautiful place to rest your head for a night. Right near the water. Great location
Liked: Location
This is the second time I have stayed in this property. The main reason was Maurice and his wife
Liked: Maurice and his wife were perfect hosts. Entertaining and informative. If they retire next year, as has been mooted, they will be difficult to replace. The breakfasts were good. The guesthouse is well located. We had no difficulty parking outside, though it can be busy at times.
Disliked: The rooms are not large but that is to be expected from a former stables.
