  Excellent

  Liked: The beds are very comfortable and I tend to sleep quite well during each stay.

  Disliked: Not enough tissues and TP. Dim control of the lights.

  Disappointing. A lovely modern hotel but it did not live up to expectations

  Liked: Location The manner in which my issue was dealt with. I was offered coffee and a snack before leaving.

  Disliked: My duvet cover has a dirt mark on it. My room was not serviced and was only told that it needed to be requested when I was checking out. I left early. I requested to change my dates but was only allowed change both days. A family emergency should be accommodated- it rarely happens and I should have been allowed change. Marathon morning should have more bananas for breakfast.

  Disliked: Couldn't say negative things just Couldn't get tv to work and not easy trying to get out of bed.couple in there 70s..You would have to see bed not the conventional bed
