  Liked: The apartment is spacious and, although a little dated and showing some signs of wear and tear, it was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The views from the apartment are lovely, and the city centre is just a 20-minute walk away. Parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis, but we had no difficulty finding a space throughout our stay. The check in was really simple and communication from the host was great.

  Disliked: The second bedroom is located next to the front door and, unusually, has a window overlooking the communal hallway and stairwell. Although a blind is provided for privacy, our children were uncomfortable with the arrangement. Unfortunately, their concerns were reinforced on the second night when other residents had a loud argument in the hallway at around 4:00 a.m., after which the children were unwilling to sleep in the room again.

  Liked: Location and the view

  Disliked: we arrived very late and the hallway looked a bit creepy and oudated according to the kids. the picture on the internet looked a lot better than the reality. the apartment is in need of an upgrade especially the bathrooms. Overall the space provided was great the view was beautiful and it was clean and comfortable.

  Liked: Location handy for getting in and out of Galway Bus stop right outside the door Very good communication despite no reception desk on site Lots of coffee shops around Great free parking on site

  Disliked: Immersion had to be switched on for atleast 2 hours before getting a shower. Noisy-howling noise through windows at front of the apartment-air coming in through windows all night

  Liked: The location was stunning! Amazing views over the bay, central location but quiet at night, balcony was such a plus to relax and watch the stars and sea. Lots of amazing places to eat within a few steps. Bus stop right outside. Self check in super easy and great comms with agent when we needed an iron and advice about the hot water! Apartment was warm and cozy with plenty of space to relax. We loved it!

  Disliked: A tiny thing...I used the back bedroom and the (very well lit ) access terrace at the rear of the apartment shone alot of light into the room overnight, which the thin blind didn't have a hope to block out, it was great it was lit up but we had to improvise with towels and scarves to cover the window so we could sleep 😅
