  I wouldn’t recommend them

  Liked: Good service.

Disliked: The plumbing backed up the last night and we had to use the lobby facilities. No apology or accommodation from the hotel. Seemed like we didn’t matter.

Relaxing and comfortable stay in Galway city centre

Liked: Great location. The cleanest hotel I have ever visited. From rooms, bar, restaurants and toilet facilities. Absolutely spotless. Great staff. Breakfast really good and freshly cooked to order so nice and hot.

  Disliked: Nothing.

  Thankful we booked here

Liked: Staff was so helpful, friendly, and kind. We loved the facilities and even the other people staying here were very nice. Every question was answered by staff and any worry was put at ease. We did not get the chance to eat there but the pours of Guinness were great. It is in a very convenient place for getting to almost any part of Galway. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

Disliked: Only thing that wasn't 10/10 was difficulty with the TV but not important.
