  Liked: Great location on salthill prom, views gorgeous even when wild, Good space big open room 2 bedrooms, Pets allowed which is a plus. Wi-Fi strong,

  Disliked: Bedroom facing an apartment block ( be careful if changing as Curtains are Flimsy)and need cleaning needs a blackout blind AsaP awake from early as light shines through, front living room very draughty ( was there on night of storm and wind was howling through the vent in window and windows need a good cleaning inside and out 🧼 and surfaces, heating ain’t great as only storage heaters, Outside of apartment bins were overflowing and smelly on the landing beside lift( working lift for bar below be careful exiting lift as crates and stuff outside lift )

  Not great. The host being completely unreachable in case of issues is unacceptable

  Disliked: No remote control for tv, no reply to any text we sent to host about this so we simply couldn't use it at all. The water heater was very loud and there was a dried brown handprint stain wiped on the headboard of one of the beds. No bedside lamps in any of the rooms.

  Location was great, everything else below reasonable standard

  Liked: No breakfast. Good location

  Disliked: Very basic for the price. Shower hard to work. Needs to be updated and some furniture and fittings replaced. Outside elevator cluttered with furniture snd cigarette ends.

  Total disaster and disappointment!

  Liked: Nothing at all!

  Disliked: It was a total disaster and disappointment for us. We as a family made the reservation for one day stay on 27th of December and paid the total amount of the stay. But Even though we tried to contact The property multiple times and sent messages, we didn’t get an answer to our calls and we didn’t hear back from the property. Eventually in the evening we arrived to the apartment for the check in but there was nobody to let us in the apartment. So with my family we stayed without accommodation in the freezing weather in Galway. We don’t recommend you to book for this property if you don’t want your holiday ruined.
