  Great location and hosts

Liked: It’s our first time and Ireland and first time at a bed and breakfast, and we loved it. The hospitality is amazing. We stayed 3 nights while exploring Galway and wish we could have found something close to as nice in Kilkenny on our next leg. The room is great and so is the breakfast. The hosts are attentive but give you your space. Would absolutely stay again.

  It was lovely

Liked: The worst part is getting to and from Galway and this lovely B&B, but once there the Sli Na Mara is a wonderful, homey, clean, quiet B&B with such personable hosts. Be sure to take advantage of the breakfast, Bridie is a wonderful cook with delightful food presentation. Would definitely recommend and return when/if we return to Galway.

Liked: George and Bridie were fantastic hosts! Their home was lovely and they were pleasant and eager to make our stay comfortable. They attended to all details to make us feel welcome, going beyond what was advertised. The accommodation was 5-star in every way but the outstanding feature of our stay was the excellent breakfast prepared by Bridie (with menu choices). It was all we could have ever wanted from the tea and French press coffee to the eggs and sausages. Also, the location was a few blocks walk from several local pubs. Thank you, George and Bridie, for being such great hosts and adding to our wonderful visit to Ireland! Cheryl and Tiffany Oregon City, Oregon USA

Disliked: There was nothing to dislike.
