Disappointing and overpriced for what you get

    Liked: Room was clean

Disliked: The noise was crazy and continued throughout the night with people screaming and slamming doors till around 3 am. No sugar in the rooms Guest info didn’t connect so unable to get any info. We were booked for 2 nights and left after 1 night- noise levels were just ridiculous.

    Would not recommend

    Liked: The location

Disliked: WiFi didn’t work. TV needed a password which was not supplied. Only 3 hangers. Smelled like mildew and smoke. Couldn’t leave luggage a few hours before or after.

    Central, but noisy, stay

Liked: Good location to walk out into the city. Clean room and comfy bed.

Disliked: The noise overnight from large rubbish trucks went on for hours, I genuinely awoke thinking the building was about to come down. So much rumbling and beeping and flashing lights through the blinds.

Liked: Really good location in the heart of Galway. When we arrived, our room had a weird smell so we asked to be changed and the staff were really accommodating and onto it straight away.

Disliked: The rooms are very cosy.

    Liked: Good location

Disliked: We had a ground floor double room, It was extremely stuffy, hot and a strong damp smell, both in the main room and bathroom. You couldn’t adjust the shower temperature, it absolutely boiling, didn’t cool. It was very noisey, to be expected due to location, so something to consider if you like peace and quiet and an undisturbed sleep. Lots of noise from other guests early morning., You hear the gate for the entry every time it closes… and the bin outside our window shouldn’t be there as the refuge collection is very early morning. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. Very basic. No mirror in main room. Looked like it was missing as nails still in wall. It served a purpose for our visit. Won’t be returning.
