  In general we were happy we have stayed a number times before & will again

  Liked: The facilities & staff.

  Disliked: The hotel in general was way too hot. Also, the mattress in room A1073 needs to be changed as the springs were pretty much coming through it.

  Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Food excellent, staff better again. Lovely family hotel too, not just business etc

  Liked: The staff are amazing. Friendly, polite, super efficient. Hotel is very clean - accommodation staff work very hard to have the rooms spotless.

  Disliked: No complimentary water in the room, had to buy it from a vending machine.

  Liked: Iv stayed before with my family around Halloween and we were amazed,this time I suggested myself and 7 good friends, price was amazing, staff were super and the hotel itself is top of the range..

  Disliked: Slightly out from rhe city but bus stop across the road that got us to town

  Liked: It’s very family friendly. Magician at dinner and the kids club was great

  Disliked: The 4th bed in our room was a pull out bed which was a bit uncomfortable for my little boy.

The apartments & Connacht Cruiser are serviced by our Accommodations team for guests staying over 5 nights only. They will be serviced twice a week for long stay guests over 7 nights.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
