  Liked: rooms spacious and beautiful bathrooms. Breakfast was average. Overall it does not give the feel of a 5 star hotel. Should not be charging guests for use of the thermal suites when the steam room wasn't available, and only a small jacuzzi pool and sauna for use.

  Disliked: we knew there were upgrades being carried out in the hotel but it seemed to be only in a room opposite to ours and began at 9am.

  Disliked: Bathroom was grubby around the sink, no nozzle for the hairdryer, around reception in hotel was full of cobwebs on the fake trees. Breakfast was very slow for our order to be taken even tough 2 other couples were seen to that came after us.tables were left uncleared beside us for the duration of our breakfast. Had a problem with tv not being able to use netflix it said we were not checked in even tough we were checked in for 2 nights was fixed after an hour.

  Liked: Staff were really welcoming. Lovely touch with the welcome note and bag of treats in our room. Room was spotless.

  Disliked: 11am way too early for check out! Over €300 for a one night stay without breakfast, didn't enjoy rushing around for check out after our stay.

Good to know

A valid credit card is required at check-in for additional charges and as a security deposit for the room. Pre-authorization will be processed and released after check-out, depending on your bank’s policies.

Planning to visit the spa? We definitely recommend BOOKING IN ADVANCE to avoid disappointment, access is limited to 10 guests at a time in our Thermal Suite to protect the peaceful vibe.

Thermal Suite access is €25 per person (instead of €50 per person).

Our treatments feature Ground, a beautiful Irish wellness brand. Guest favourites include the Himalayan Salt Stone Massage and Jet Lag Recovery Massage, ideal after travelling.

Please note the spa is for guests aged 16 and over.

Open Sunday to Friday from 10am till 6pm and from 8am till 8pm on Saturday

During the festive season, including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day, opening hours of the Spa and Food & Beverage outlets may vary, and services may operate on a limited or special programme.
