Liked: Very clean, bed was really comfy, great shower too. Loved the location as near to shops and bars but was quieter at night than other places I've stayed in Galway previously so was able to get a good night's sleep

  Disliked: Nothing!

  Highly recommended

Liked: The staff were extremely helpful and polite. It is perfectly located in the center of town. The hire car remained parked for the entire visit. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room also had reverse cycle air-conditioning.

Disliked: The room was a little on the small side, but big enough for a four-night stay.

Perfect location, great staff and a lovely hotel

Liked: The location is so central, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable spotless and all the essentials. You use a key-card to come in after the reception desk closes at nine, it is simple to use. You are just footsteps from the square right in the heart of Galway city. couldn't be more central and despite that it was not too loud at night. Again I want to mention the staff they were exceptional.
