  Liked: I enjoyed my stay at this apartment. I was upgraded to a two bedroom, which was a little big for one person, but still very nice. It is an excellent location and there is an M&S supermarket just around the corner from the building. The apartment is very well-equipped and comfortable.

  Liked: It was very clean and the location was amazing. The furniture needed updating, especially the couch and the double bed.

  Disliked: The couch and the mattress on the double bed needs replacing. Overall, the apartment is ok but needs updating.

  A wonderfully located apartment with hotel amenities

  Liked: The location was amazing and views superb.

  Disliked: The leather sofas! Also, we stayed during the recent very stormy weather and there was something creaking very loudly above one of the bedrooms, possibly and aerial.

  Liked: Everything, the views were incredible, Galway bay and Eyre square were in full view.. the apartment was just amazing, the space, the decor, the bedrooms and the rooftop was so big, just to go outside and watch how busy Eyre square was. It was simple spectacular and i will be back

All CityPoint Apartments are strictly nonsmoking.

Please note, guests are not permitted to bring visitors to the property.

Additional charge for gas and electricity will be applied. This only applies to stays over 7 nights.

Check-in for the apartments is at the Western Hotel. Further instructions will be provided upon check-in.

Short-term underground parking for check-in at the Western Hotel can be accessed down a ramp from St Bridget's Place. There is a separate car park for Citypoint Apartments. At the hotel, directions to the Citypoint car park will be given, as well as a fob to gain access. There is 1 parking space allocated per apartment.

The property offers free valet underground parking for one vehicle per apartment (parking height restriction is 6.9 ft).

Please note that the apartments are not cleaned during your stay.

A starter pack of toiletries and cleaning products is provided upon arrival.

Please note that for bookings of 3 apartments or more, the payment options and cancelation policies are different.

The required deposit is 50% at the time of booking and a further 50% deposit is required at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. The property will contact guests shortly after booking to confirm the procedure, along with details regarding the security deposit required upon arrival.

Guests that wish to visit the gym must pay a EUR 10 membership fee. Please note, the gym is only open to guests during staffed hours. Please contact the property for further information.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
