  Liked: The room was comfortable

Disliked: There was a couple shouting, abusive and roaring at each other, extremely drunk, banging doors walking up and down the corridor at 1am. I rang the security guard to come and sort out the situation but the phone rang out. I wrote an email explaining my concerns and not feeling safe. To this day I have never received an email back.
