Liked: The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was close to town and we felt very secure in the area. Previous comments mentioned no hairdryer but there was one, just need to check all drawers!

Disliked: Would have liked a few wine glasses. The wifi wasn't working for our apartment but we just hopped onto the other apartments wifi.

  Disappointing stay

Liked: Great location and a good size. The place was clean.

Disliked: We loved Galway but this place was disappointing. The check in process was pretty shambolic. We were told check in was from 3pm and gave our estimated arrival as 5pm. We arrived earlier (4pm) and our room wasn't ready. The staff didn't pick up when I called so I emailed them. They were slow to respond but luckily the cleaners were very helpful. We dropped our bags off and went into town for dinner. We were only given access to the property at 5:45pm. It was dangerous to cook on the stove. Once the hot plates were switched on at the wall, all elements /hobs would turn on and wouldn't turn off. This meant we had to cook while trying to avoid being burnt by the other hobs. The shower could only be on blisteringly hot and the bath had no plug which made it hard to bathe our 7mo baby. The cold water in the shower would only run at a trickle so it was hard to get the shower to run at a temperature that was ok for our bub. The beds were also very soft.

  Great location

Liked: Great location. Large apartment. Easy to access. We were able to walk everywhere. Close to grocery stores.

Disliked: However, a bit dated. Loud plumbing sounds in the bathroom when light turned on. Dishwasher didn’t work. Needs some refreshing and updating.
