Luxurious location in the heart of Kinsale
Liked: Location and luxury room
Deluxe double is meant for one person, not two
Liked: location was great free parking available very clean, staff very friendly
Disliked: deluxe double room was very small - a bit disappointed, best just for one person, not two. Staff sitting outside room - felt terrible for her having to sit there waiting to let in new guests. Information about free parking should have been provided by the welcoming email sent with code numbers, etc. and should be added to the 'important information' binder in the room.
