Fabulous
Only stayed one night - was great. Anthony the host is a legend!
Liked: The host Anthony is fantastic. Beautiful breakfast and location is perfect. For a 2 star hotel - has everything you could need.
Disliked: Room was a little dark and mattresses could do with a topper.

A comfortable and pleasant stay in a well positioned location
Liked: We were pleasantly surprised to get a park in the small hotel carpark. The hotel was centrally located - lovely position on the waterfront and also short walking distance from pubs and shops in Kinsale.
Liked: Breakfast didn't begin until 9:00 am, which was too late for our departure.

Disliked: Everything place was just not what a hotel or b&b should be like. It wasn’t even cheap 400 pounds for two night. Didnt stay two night that’s how bad it was. Stayed one and move elsewhere.
Good location but very much room over pub, not hotel

Disliked: Late night access not suitable for adults staying out late. Only one key given.
