Fabulous
Not great for a leisure stay
Liked: Hotel has potential, amazing location. Great bar and restaurant ambience. Bar open till 2 am.
Disliked: Air con will not switch off nor allow me to set it to cool, The room was hot as an oven, couldn't sleep. They had one lift only for a crowded weekend and most of my stay was waiting for the lift. The 14 floor hotel has a small breakfast restaurant and stands in qué. Tiny gym, overflows with +5 people. Everything is old, gym, pool, Steam room. The sauna wasn't working so I'm not sure. Indoor pool not heated, no kids pool, same depth. They don't answer for room service if the restaurant is busy. And if you choose to eat down, you need a reservation. 2 nights stay- they did not bother refilling coffee/tea supplies which was already very limited for family room. Just brought 2 smaller bottle water and spare towels.

Liked: I was taken aback by the warmth and friendliness of the staff. The cooked breakfast was delicious.

Disliked: Hotel cancelled by booking without warning at 11:50pm the night before, I had to rebook and was charged a higher fee. Two men entered my room at 7am without knocking or warning saying they hotel staff?
