Graduation celebration for the family
Liked: Lovely decor in bar and lobby. Nice staff on reception.
Disliked: We booked the junior suite and it was a bit basic. E.g. No toiletries around the bath - had to fill up a glass with shower gel from the shower dispenser. Had a round of cocktails in bar “snug” area it was very dark with a flickering light overhead a bit disconcerting and the little lamp on the table was not working. We had to ask for one that worked. Could not bring our drinks to the Hamptons - waitress seemed a bit defensive “I don’t make the rules”, I had two rooms under my name and instead of asking for clarification the bar staff seemed to be whispering about me when I put the drinks on my room. It all felt a bit unprofessional.
Excellent place to be in, great location in the heart of everything. Thanks to all the staff that made my stay pleasant

Liked: The staff at check in were very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. We were extremely happy with the facilities and the room. It was our wedding anniversary and the staff went above and beyond our expectations we would like to thank them very much
