Exceptional
Liked: Great location on the quayside. Apartment was well equipped (although if there were more than just 4 cups/plates etc provided we wouldn't have needed to run the dishwasher every day, which would save energy). Bedroom and bathroom both spacious. It was great having the facilities of the hotel next door, we loved the spa and used it every day. Food in both restaurants was excellent, and the staff in both were exceptionally nice. We liked the Coast Bar so much we ate there four times.
Disliked: Our only disappointment was the very small lounge area (this was a one bedroom apartment). One small sofa and a small table, it felt very cramped. To be fair there was a photo of this area on the website, but it is hard to gauge the size from that.
Liked: Perfect location, very clean, quiet. Safe and free parking behind the building. Lovely to have access to the pool and spa next door. Perfect for families with children. The kitchen and washing machine in the unit were so useful.
Value for money and very clean
Liked: Great value for money and very clean. The location suited us perfectly. Apartment was equipped with everything we needed.
Disliked: There was a strange smell when we entered but we thought it may have been just the cleaning products used as it didn’t linger. Otherwise we couldn’t fault the property.

A very comfortable stay
Liked: Very handy to what we wanted. The next door hotel was attached and we were able to have our meals there but it as a little pricey. Plenty of hot water. Apartment was very comfortable. Had a washing machine.
Disliked: Every room had heavy doors that you could not latch back. For a small place I did not think that this was necessary. No lift. There is plenty of room beside the steps for a lift. Too far from car park.
